There are several things you can do to feel more comfortable when having a desk job and you are pregnant.

  1. Use a foot rest or stool to keep your knees at a right angle.

  2. Do not cross your legs and have your feet flat on the foot rest or stool.

  3. Adjust the height of your chair and workstation so that you are closer to your desk.
